6 Months Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities: Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.
Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
Needs experience in configuring and implementing the Service Now platform specifically for Digital Product Release
Must Have Technical Skills: Service Now
ITSM / DevOps experience
Need experience in configuration and implementing Service Now
Agile Experience
Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Cloud-based computing system
Soft Skills: Can work independently and as a team
Complex Problem-solving
