About The Position
Summary:

Requirements:
- 2+ year Home Health experience
- 6 months of Home Health experience – Preferred
- If they do not have home health experience then we would require at least 2 years of medical surgical or skilled nursing facility.
- Travel experience
- Active and clear driver’s license and car insurance
- Hawaii license
- Homecare Home Base and OASIS
- COVID and FLU vaccine
- Bachelor’s degree – preferred
- Case Manager experience – preferred
- Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
