As a Project Architect, you will lead the architectural design and documentation process for multifamily residential projects, guiding them from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the design vision aligns with project goals while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility.
In this role, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that each phase progresses smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and architects, promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Your experience with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability requirements will be critical in developing compliant solutions that contribute to high-quality, enduring multifamily housing developments.
Requirements:
5-10+ years of architectural experience, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
Licensed Architect.
Proficiency in Revit and 3D visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction documentation.
Experience managing consultants and coordinating with project teams.
Passion for design, technical precision, and problem-solving in complex housing developments.
