Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
  • PACU, ICU, or critical care experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, airway management, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia.
  • Manage pain, airway, and hemodynamic stability.
  • Administer medications and post-operative treatments.
  • Educate patients and families on post-surgical care.
  • Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical, and nursing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
