Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
- PACU, ICU, or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, airway management, and patient education skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia.
- Manage pain, airway, and hemodynamic stability.
- Administer medications and post-operative treatments.
- Educate patients and families on post-surgical care.
- Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical, and nursing teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
