Pay Information
$2,240 to $2,628 per week
About The Position
- Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Call Requirement: Rotating call till 6 PM, including weekends and holidays
- Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Job Requirements
Active Illinois RN License
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Must provide expiration date
Prior experience in Case Management
