Requirements:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse State license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership and management
- BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, oversee, and assess the performance of the nursing team while offering constructive feedback.
- Participate in the creation, execution, and assessment of policies, protocols, and operational frameworks.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure sufficient staffing levels and coverage.
- Aid in evaluating patients’ care requirements, crafting care plans, and tracking their progress.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and mandates.
- Contribute to budget formulation and oversee fiscal matters.
- Create and put into action initiatives aimed at enhancing quality of care.
