Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (HVAC)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30-4 pm (On call rotation,1 week per month)
Type: 6 Month Contract-Hire
Pay: Starting $30+ (Based on experience)

Responsibilities: Maintain critical facility utilities, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and water systems
Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently
Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on GMP/pharmaceutical equipment.
Respond to alarms
Monitor Building Automation Systems
Conduct daily utility inspections
Assist with spare parts procurement
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
HVAC Training preferred.
General electrical wiring/installation
3 years of Maintenance experience (HVAC)
Building Management System experience
GMP experience/documentation
