Shift: 10-hour Day Shift (Schedule: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Technician to join our team at Quick Med Staffing in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidates local to the facility within 50 miles will not be considered for this position. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including Left and Right Heart Catheterization, High-Risk Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pacemaker Insertions, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart Interventions, EMCO, and EKOS.
Provide patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and patient information. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and either American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
Education: Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology).
Must have at least 2-4 years of interventional/diagnostic experience, with mandatory Cath Lab experience.
