Job Title: BilingualSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process for field operational roles. This is a highly critical role. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is highly motivated and passionate about attracting and hiring the best talent and creating an employment brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meets staffing goals by actively recruiting and assessing job candidates.
  • Develops talent pipelines by engaging with community organizations, colleges, media outlets, and online platforms; shares information about the company, available opportunities, delivers presentations and builds strong relationships.
  • Reviews job descriptions and qualifications to define key applicant requirements.
  • Attracts qualified candidates by posting job ads and utilizing job boards and online forums.
  • Screens applicants by conducting interviews, reviewing responses, checking references, and comparing qualifications to job criteria.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers.
  • Partners with managers to evaluate candidates based on job needs and consistent interview criteria.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within a relevant industry.
  • Practical experience using Applicant Tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proven success in leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and organizational ability.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for non-exempt positions, including managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
