Physical Therapist – Homecare
Hours: Part-Time/24 hours (This is a benefits eligible position.)
Shift Details: Days
Territory: Portland, East Hampton, East Haddam, Cobalt, Colchester, Marlborough
Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist functions as a key member of the Homecare department through the administration of Physical Therapy services under physician orders in accordance with CMS and DPH Home Health regulations, best practice and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of Connecticut
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electronic medical charting
-
3-5 years’ clinical experience
-
Flexibility with scheduling
