We seek a Senior Copywriter with a passion for discovering big ideas and proficiency in writing both English and Spanish copy. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting creative, engaging copy for diverse audiences, storytelling, digital and social ideation, and have a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns.
You will report to the Creative Director.
What You Will Do

Craft innovative content in both English and Spanish for all digital and social channels associated with the Disney Parks and Resorts group as well as mentoring junior creatives.

Show your problem-solving skills and creative thinking for a range of advertising mediums.

Work well with an Art Director partner to deliver compelling, 360 campaign concepts.

Interpret creative briefs and act upon client feedback while keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines.

Deliver polished and well-written creative elements for internal and external presentations and have an overall comfort level with internal client presentations.

Participate in creative discussions with music houses directors, editors, and other vendors as they relate to the creative output.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Must possess outstanding speaking, writing and grammatical skills in both English and Spanish.

Minimum of 5 years’ developing 360 advertising campaigns.

Knowledge of cultural nuances and the ability to produce culturally relevant content.

Proven presentation skills– confidence and passion when sharing ideas internally.

Proficiency in ideating in the digital and social space.

Time management skills are A MUST. Ability to balance multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet deadlines.

Must be proficient in presentation software and have a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.

Knowledge and genuine curiosity about the Walt Disney Company’s history including films, animation, television, and theme parks.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
This is a full-time role based in Glendale, CA.

The base salary for this position in Glendale, CA is $113,800.00-$152,500.00. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
