About the facility location The facility is located in Ukiah, CA.

About the clinician’s workday The position is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 1 hour of administrative time allotted per day.

The provider will see 18-21 patients per day, delivering primary care services.

Full behavioral health and women’s health specialty staff are available onsite, with an MA assigned to each provider.

The EMR system used is EPIC.
