We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to support our clinical team by ensuring all operatories, instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for patient care. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient dental environment.

Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities

Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare dental instruments and equipment according to established protocolsMonitor and operate sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)Maintain proper inventory of sterilization supplies and reorder as necessaryEnsure all operatories are properly stocked and equipped for proceduresSupport clinical team by turning over rooms and preparing them for patient careFollow infection control and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environmentOrganize and store sterilized instruments in designated areasPerform routine maintenance and monitoring of sterilization equipmentAssist with equipment setup and breakdown for procedures as neededMaintain accurate sterilization logs and documentationPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualifications

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent 

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocolsExperience in a clinical environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyUnderstanding of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards

The starting salary range for this role is $16-26 per hour based on full-time employment.
