Amigo Baby is seeking for a *bilingual individual with a Bachelor’s degree in human or business related field*, who is passionate about delivering a positive service experience from start to finish. As the first point of contact for social workers and staff, the Administrative Assistant serves as the face of the organization and plays a key role in day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with a positive attitude. This position provides vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the best experience for the families we serve. _*How Youll Succeed Here:*_
* Maintaining up-to-date information in the Client Management System
* Managing and tracking authorizations
* Collaborating with other administrative personnel
* Interacting with healthcare providers
* Greet all Amigo Baby visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
* Answer incoming calls and promptly direct them to the appropriate department
* Excellent customer service, phone etiquette and work ethic
* Take detailed messages and distribute them in a timely manner
* Maintain overall appearance of the offices
* Assist other departments with administrative needs, including filing and data entry
* Assist the HR department with review of timecards and payroll.

* Bachelor’s degree
* Bilingual: Spanish and English
* Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administrative support or related office work
* Proficient in computers (Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.)
* Patient and pleasant demeanor
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to manage tasks/projects in a time-sensitive deadline manner
* Strong knowledge of Excel and mathematical calculations
