They seek a driven Senior Traffic Engineer who is eager to lead, innovate, and contribute to both technical and business development efforts.The Senior Traffic Engineer will be a pivotal technical leader, responsible for directing traffic engineering initiatives and engaging in business development, including proposal writing and market expansion. The role involves managing and designing various traffic-related projects while maintaining and fostering client relationships.Manage and design a wide array of traffic projects, including but not limited to traffic signal plans, signing and pavement marking, crash analysis, planning, and analysis. – Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and stakeholders. – Serve as a mentor, overseeing and developing the skills of junior staff. – Engage in strategic planning with office managers and practice leaders for market growth. – Conduct interviews, hire staff, and conduct performance reviews.Extensive experience in traffic engineering, including traffic studies, design, and project management. – Strong client relationship-building skills. – Proven ability to manage staff and coordinate projects effectively. – Join our clients dynamic and professional team to lead, innovate, and grow in the traffic engineering field.
