The Salon lead will oversee daily operations, manage team scheduling, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive performance. This role requires leadership, professionalism, and a deep understanding of salon operations and guest service. Compensation:
$20 – $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform customized scalp treatments and hair services including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
- Educate clients on hair health, product use, and at-home care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hair wellness
- Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to luxury service and client care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required
- Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with booking software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
- Passion for luxury, beauty, and wellness
