<strong>Position: Registered Nurse – PRN</strong> <p>Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Care team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This position provides an opportunity to work in a variety of acute care areas, including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, and SWB, with the expectation to be competent in all areas after orientation.</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <ul><li><strong>Medication & Treatment Administration:</strong> Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, within scope of practice, and notify providers when needed.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic health record.</li><li><strong>Patient Education & Care Plans:</strong> Initiate and participate in the development of individualized care plans and patient education.</li><li><strong>Care Plan Management:</strong> Tailor and manage care plans according to individual patient needs.</li><li><strong>Competency:</strong> Maintain required competencies within your scope of practice.</li><li><strong>Standards Compliance:</strong> Follow all standards relevant to your area of work.</li></ul> <strong>Qualifications:</strong> <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Graduate of an accredited nursing program.</li><li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong><ul><li>BLS (Basic Life Support) required.</li><li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 90 days of hire.</li><li>PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days of hire.</li><li>TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred.</li><li>NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification upon completion of labor and delivery competency.</li><li>STABLE certification preferred for Labor and Delivery.</li></ul></li></ul> <strong>Schedule:</strong> <ul><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> PRN (as-needed).</li></ul><p>This position provides flexibility with the opportunity to work in various acute care settings while making a meaningful impact on patient care in a beautiful, supportive community.<br><br>Why Clark Fork Valley Hospital<br><br>Clark Fork Valley Hospital is a great place to work, we truly live our mission of Quality Care Close to Home.
