Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for a locum tenens opportunity in Powell, TN . This position offers long-term coverage, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation in a high-volume emergency department .
Opportunity Details:
- Location: Powell, TN
- Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens
- Start Date: September 2023
- Shift Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7 AM – 5 PM
- Evening Shift: 1 PM – 11 PM
- Night Shift: 9 PM – 7 AM
APC Coverage: 10 AM – 8 PM 3 PM – 1 AM Minimum Commitment: 24 shifts per month Practice Setting: Physician-led Emergency Department Facility Details: Annual Volume: ~36,000 patient visits 20 ED Beds No Trauma Designation Hospitalist in ED handles admitting orders EMR System: Cerner Temp Privileges: Available for clean files with an active license
Provider Requirements:
- Certification: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Licensure: Active & Unrestricted TN State License & DEA
- Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS
- Non-EM Boarded Providers: Must have Emergency Department experience
