Anticipated Schedule
This is afull-time position
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday:7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Someholidays are required
Compensation
- Startingat $28/hr,commensurate with experience and licensure
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
As anEmergency & Critical Care Technician, you’ll work directly with our ER doctors and support team to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and act as a patient advocate is key to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Provide triage and stabilize incoming patients
- Administer IV, IM, SQ, and PO medications
- Assist with diagnostics such asradiographs, bloodwork, and ECGs
- Manage fluid therapy and anesthesia monitoring as needed
- Communicate effectively with doctors, teammates, and clients
- Maintain detailedmedical records and treatment sheets
- Support patient admissions, discharges, and client education
- Assist in emergency procedures and critical care support
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) or anexperienced veterinary technician/assistant
- Strong organizational andclient communication skills
- Comfortable withadvanced diagnostics, imaging, and anesthetic monitoring
- Tech-savvy and able to learnveterinary software systems
- Acollaborative, compassionate approachto specialty patient care
- Ability to work in afast-paced, team-driven environment
