Schedule:Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch – 8 hours per dayNo callSchedule Requirements: Facility is looking for full-time coverage. This is 4 weeks per month per provider. Board Certified – REQUIREDActive IA license or Active IMLC – REQUIRED (Client will review candidates requiring a new IA license IF they can offer 4 consecutive weeks of coverage)Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy3D RadiotherapyExternal Beam Radiation – IMRTExternal Beam Radiation – IGRTExternal Beam Radiation – 3D-CRTStereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)Stereotactic RadiosurgeryPhoton Beam Radiation TherapyFractionated Stereotactic RadiotherapyMust be able to start ASAP upon credentialing – REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
