- Creative Financial Staffing of New York is working with a leading food industry organization located in the Hunts Point, Bronx area
- They are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team and report directly to the controller

Role Responsibilties- Accounts Payable Manager
- Manage a team made up of an AP Supervisor and AP Clerks
- Ensure payments get sent out accurately and timely
- Manage internal customer relationships (including business partners and vendors)
- Manage AP Mailbox, vendor setups, invoices and disbursements, vendor reconciliations and analysis
- Reconcile and track and PO process and resolve variances
- Develop, coach and mentor the team to provide learning and development opportunities for professional growth and cross training
Preferred Experience- Accounts Payable Manager
- 4+ years of managerial experience
- 7+ years of AP Experience
- BA Degree preferred
- Zendesk experience (or a similar software) is a huge plus
