The facility is located in Bolingbrook, IL.
The position offers 8- and 10-hour shifts using the EPIC EMR system. The provider will handle orthopedic, general, endoscopy, and some major vascular cases within a care team model. The physician must be able to take call, and rush credentialing is available for a 4/20 start.
