Job title : Associate Director, Market Access Digital Enablement – Vaccines

About the Job

The Associate Director, Market Access Digital Enablement will lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance market access capabilities across Sanofi’s vaccine portfolio. This role serves as a critical liaison between Market Access business teams and Sanofi Digital , ensuring digital solutions effectively meet market access needs and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business-Digital Coordination : Coordinate Market Access business activities in collaboration with Sanofi Digital teams , acting as the primary business representative for digital initiatives

  • Requirements Management : Gather, document, and prioritize user requirements from Market Access stakeholders to ensure digital solutions address real business needs

  • Testing Oversight : Lead user acceptance testing processes to validate that digital solutions meet business specifications before deployment

  • Resource Management : Manage business resources allocated to digital projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project timelines

  • Leadership Reporting : Provide regular status updates to business leadership on digital initiatives, highlighting progress, risks, and value creation

  • Change Management : Develop strategies to drive adoption of new digital tools within Market Access teams

  • Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline market access processes through digital enablement

About You

  • You bring valuable experiences to the team that include:

    • Digital/IT experience, specifically implementation of new systems and applications

    • Strong analytical, process, operational and automation experience, and skills

    • Experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or vaccines is preferred

    • Contract systems experience strongly preferred

    • Knowledge of external data sources such as IQVIA preferred

  • You thrive in an environment that includes:

    • Ability to lead teams in managing and developing new systems and approaches to the market.

    • Communicating complex topics in understandable terms

    • Able to influence and build effective relationships with business partners.

  • You demonstrate excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate between business and technical language You have proven ability tocoordinate cross-functional initiativesbetween business and technical teams

  • You have 7+ years in market access, pricing, or HEOR roles with demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects

  • You have a bachelors degree (Masters preferred)

  • You thrive in fast-paced settings with a strong sense of urgency
