Bilingual HR Generalist

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am till 5:00 pm | Friday: 8:00 am till 2:00 pm
Location: Farmingdale, NJ
Salary Range: $65k/yr.
Bilingual HR Generalist Job Duties: Will be supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations
Manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and other HR related activities
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees
Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees
Create and foster a positive work environment
Support performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
Monitor and track employee performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Conduct investigations and take appropriate action in response to compliance issues or policy violations
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other administrative tasks as needed
Bilingual HR Generalist Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
