Job Summary:
Multifaceted, 56-year-old family-owned, South County business currently seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks for all bookkeeping functions
- Accounts Receivable – reconcile with internal catering software
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable
- Process Payroll and new hire onboarding
- Prepare monthly sales tax returns
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
- Create journal entries for all accounts
- Post and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Meetings with senior management
Pay Range: $40,000-$50,00 annually, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role for three years
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online financial software
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
