Job Summary:

Multifaceted, 56-year-old family-owned, South County business currently seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize QuickBooks for all bookkeeping functions
  • Accounts Receivable – reconcile with internal catering software
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable
  • Process Payroll and new hire onboarding
  • Prepare monthly sales tax returns
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
  • Create journal entries for all accounts
  • Post and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Meetings with senior management

Pay Range: $40,000-$50,00 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role for three years
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online financial software
  • Strong understanding of technical accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
