We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a experiencing new business opportunities in the US IT staffing and RPO markets and having an aggressive approach towards work.

Job Title: Sales/Business Development Manager
Experience: 8 to 15yrs
Location: Virginia (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the US IT staffing and RPO markets, focusing on expanding our client portfolio and market share.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding
their unique staffing needs and offering customized solutions.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
and business objectives.
Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends,
competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the IT staffing and RPO sectors.
Proposal Management: Lead the development and presentation of proposals and
presentations to potential clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of
high-quality staffing solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales or business development within the US IT staffing and RPO industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information
Technology, or a related field.

Skills:
o Strong understanding of US IT staffing and RPO services.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
