Seeking an experienced foreman in the paving industry overseeing daily paving activities. Must be experienced running all aspects of paving including paver/screed, lute, roller, and skid loader. The ideal candidate is self motivated, career-driven with great leadership qualities. Must delegate tasks to ensure productions are met. Valid drivers license required. Excellent benefits.
