Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Coordinator:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring transactions are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Help with general ledger entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and assist with audits.
Collaborate with other departments to address accounting inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Coordinator:
Recent graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or internship experience in accounting).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
