Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/year

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing data and insights.
The Accounting Specialist will ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, maintaining organized financial records.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
~2-4 years of accounting experience; professional services industry experience is a plus.
~ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
~ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
~ Exposure to NetSuite is a plus.
