A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. This position is classified as modified full-time, which means the work schedule will range between 30 to 39 hours per week. Product and Services Expert You will receive world-class training on our products and services and you will be able to translate technology into real-world conversations. You will also attend meetings, training, and connections where you can ensure you have all the knowledge needed to take the best care of guests. You will be responsible for helping customers get everything they need and ensuring that the team has the tools and resources necessary to make this happen. In the case of escalations, exceptions, or technology troubles, you will be the expert and person who is able to make someones day with your knowledge, skill, and solution-focused delivery. At least 2 years of retail management experience is required, this experience needs to be in an environment where you have talked to customers about their wants and needs (beauty providers, phone providers, etc.). Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Retail Store is open six to seven days a week. Hours will vary between 9 am to 6 pm most days (We have part-time and full-time opportunities). Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary. dusting shelves, cleaning counters, emptying garbage can, and other activities that will keep the store looking guest-ready at all times.
