<p>We are looking for a strategic, self-directed marketer with a deep understanding of the wealth management industry and a strong command of positioning, messaging, and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently, aligning marketing efforts with firm-wide growth goals, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and execute digital campaigns targeting independent financial advisors for recruitment.</li> <li>Define and manage Infinity's brand identity across web, social media, email, and other digital platforms.</li> <li>Build and manage a content calendar that supports advisor outreach and firm messaging.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools (eg. ChatGPT) to scale content production for social media, blogs, and advisor-facing collateral.</li> <li>Implement and oversee campaign tracking systems to evaluate performance and optimize strategy.</li> <li>Provide light oversight of website updates and ensure messaging aligns across touchpoints.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with firm leadership to integrate marketing strategy with broader business goals.</li> </ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the financial services or wealth management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the independent advisor landscape (RIA, hybrid, or BD platforms).</li> <li>Demonstrated success in digital growth marketing and advisor acquisition campaigns.</li> <li>Experience using AI content tools and digital marketing platforms.</li> <li>Excellent writing and positioning skills: ability to craft clea, compliant, and persuasive messaging.</li> <li>Comfort working independently and owning the full marketing lifecycle from strategy through execution.</li> <li>Familiarity with FINRA/SEC communications is a plus</li> </ul> <p>Engagement Terms:</p> <ul> <li>Independent contractor (1099)</li> <li>Full-time to start during campaign development and launch phase (30-40 hours/week)</li> <li>Role will be re-evaluated based on performance and KPIs, with opportunity for permanent hire.</li> <li>Remote, with flexible hours and direct collaboration with firm leadership</li> <li>Compensation based on experience and engagement scope</li> </ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?iSl04A1LiEG8MzJDXPJ%2fiqmpu4DQCiHGu" width="0" height="0" />
