Title: ADP Integration Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Month contract with the possibility of an increase to 1 year
Description
Cloient is looking for an ADP Specialist who will closely work with HR team to ensure that the primary asset of the company people, and the data related to them is appropriately integrated for successful business outcomes. The selected candidate will work with team members in the ERP team, to ensure alignment across the three core ERP systems of the company ADP, Costpoint, Workday
The ADP Integration Specialist should have significant experience in ADP including integrations with other finance ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Partners with various organizational stakeholders (HR, Accounting, Payroll), leads the work to create technology solutions to support or improve key HR processes and policies, ensuring effective integration and use of HR technologies
- Developing business requirements and integration plans
- Communicating system risks to key senior stakeholders
- Suggests and develops analytics and reports, as needed
- Works on continuously improving the user experience by applying better technology and process and making sure that the voice of the customer is reflected in proposed solutions
- Supports change management processes as an integral part of ADP integrations
- Participates in creating recommendations for the appropriate HR platform and/or application to establish accurate reporting of HR information for the enterprise and its lines of business
- Supports efforts to evaluate and prioritize HR technologies and projects.
- Contributes to the research and evaluation of new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs
- Preparing and delivering training, when needed
- Helps manage and coordinate system support ticketing system and process
Required skills/experience
- Mandatory experience in ADP integrations foundation table maintenance including
- General Deduction Codes and accoutrements, Accumulators, Union Codes, Job Codes, Workers Comp codes, Benefit Programs, Locations, HR User Defined Codes
- ADPR ADP reports and report writing
- ADP System Administration
- ADP inbound and outbound integrations
- NetSecure Experience
- EV5 and EV6 experience – navigating ADP administrative tools, understanding and designing panels, department trees
- Superior communication skills with the ability to relate to both technical individuals and senior managers.
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience with HRIS systems and their integration with other systems, especially from major ERP vendors
- Minimum of 5 years ADP experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
Preferred skills/experience
- Strong familiarity with Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, BPM, etc.)
- Experience in Government Contracting
- Experience in an environment that integrated ADP with Workday and Costpoint
- Technical knowledge of ADP System configuration and integration.
- Knowledge of Middleware tools
- Payroll Integration
