Account Manager – Randstad Engineering
Hybrid | Based in Atlanta, GA | Candidates in Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL will also be considered.
Are you a driven relationship-builder with a passion for delivering client success and uncovering growth opportunities? Randstad Engineering is looking for a results-oriented Account Manager to support and grow our existing customer base, while identifying new business opportunities within key accounts.
This hybrid role focuses on strategic account development, consistent client engagement, and collaborative partnership with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services. You’ll work closely with the Account Owner to align on client strategy, drive revenue, and maintain exceptional service standards.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively manage and grow existing client relationships across a diverse portfolio
Own a personal gross profit (GP) quota and contribute to overall team success
Execute all stages of the sales and delivery cycle, from lead generation to client retention
Utilize Randstad’s vast database and network to identify new opportunities and deepen existing engagements
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to position Randstad Engineering as the talent solution of choice
Collaborate with Recruiting, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic account management and efficient customer engagement
Represent Randstad Engineering at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Uncover new client needs and initiatives through consultative selling and industry knowledge
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Technical preferred but not required)
2–4 years of B2B sales and business development experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and a passion for winning
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional closing skills, with a focus on integrity, results, and long-term relationship-building
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service capabilities
