We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Support Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Nashville, TN. This opportunity is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support activities to both onsite and remote users

  • Troubleshoot level 2 tickets for hardware, software and network incidents

  • Provide IMAC, device replacement, and break / fix support

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of desk side support service experience

  • A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications

  • Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong analytic / troubleshooting skills

  • Strong customer support skills
