Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified O365 Migration Tech to join their team onsite in New York, NY. This role will be in an enterprise environment providing on-site support. A Technician bilingual in Spanish is a big plus for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide “white glove” service to end users

Assist end users who have recently migrated to Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11

Provide “how to” support to end users and walk them through the new user interface (UI) and the new tools
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Familiarity working on refreshes, migrations, and rollouts
-
Experience with ServiceNow, Windows OS, and Mac OS
-
Microsoft Office 365 migration experience
-
Knowledge of O365 web applications
- Proficient Windows operation knowledge

Mac Experience
-
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- MS Windows certification is a plus

MS Office 365 certification is a plus
$32.00 – $34.00 per hour
