Presbyterian Homes of Georgia is currently seeking a dynamic and distinguished *licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA)* to serve as the Executive Director at our Presbyterian Village, Austell campus, which is an established Life Plan Community / CCRC.

We are the proud sponsor of three established Life Plan Communities: Presbyterian Village in Austell, Presbyterian Home and Retirement Community in Quitman and Presbyterian Village in Athens. They each offer a full spectrum of health care that includes Independent Living Residences, Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services.
Three additional communities, Calvin Court in Atlantas Buckhead neighborhood, Philips Tower in Decatur and Swainsboro Presbyterian Apartments in Swainsboro offer comfortable, affordable apartment living for active seniors.

The Executive Director will provide leadership to the campus and as a Life Plan Community / CCRC, will oversee all levels of care and services – which includes Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Care/Support and Long Term/Skilled Nursing Care. You will oversee all aspects of Presbyterian Villages operations, including financial and clinical excellence, and will exhibit a strong commitment to the facilitys mission as a Christian based organization that provides exceptional care for senior adults.
The Executive Director will be a highly engaged and innovative leader, who embraces and promotes person-centered care delivery models. As Presbyterian Villages Executive Director, you will be engaged in all aspects of the campus and its continued operation. You will help to ensure operational excellence through active engagement with the leadership team, staff, residents, and the community.
Presbyterian Villages Executive Director will be an adept and experienced senior care leader who has a proven track record of working in and leading senior care organizations and services. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, and partner successfully with the Chief Operating Officer, as well as other members of the Corporate Leadership team.
As an important member of the Villages team, the Executive Director will implement Presbyterian Homes of Georgias ongoing strategies and partner with the Corporate Leadership Team to develop & achieve operational, human resource, marketing, performance and financial goals.
An undergraduate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, management, or related field is required, as well as a current *Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)* in Georgia is required.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an executive leader in a Life Plan Community / Continuing Care Retirement Community, Long-Term Skilled experience and experience in a multi-site organization are strongly preferred.

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field of study
* Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
* Demonstrated experience in skilled/long term care, assisted living, memory care and independent living
* Demonstrated success in senior housing and/or healthcare operations, with minimum five (5) years operational leadership experience in Skilled/Long Term Care
* Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation, and interaction with others
* Must have demonstrated experience providing servant leadership and positive employee engagement
