Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Assessment Seeking physicians to perform pre-scheduled history and physical evaluations of seniors insured under the Medicare Advantage program.

All evaluations are done in the patient’s home, between Monday and Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

You will be provided with a pre-populated form for each evaluation with the demographic information and medical history of the patient as provided by the insurer.

You will not be required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, do blood work or alter the member’s current treatment regimen.

A short online training program will be provided at your convenience.

The schedule is flexible and can be done on a part-time or full-time/weekly basis, minimum commitment is two weeks.
