Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. This LPN role will have limited face-to-face contact with patients. However, will be in communicationthrough phone calls and the My Mercy Ap. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
LPN:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure: Active LPN licensure
