Job Description:
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking to join a dynamic team in a newly built facility? We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to support our cutting-edge operations in Littleton, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manual, semi-automated, and fully automated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, control, and electrical systems.
Equipment Performance Improvement:
Participate in equipment performance improvement projects and assist in process validation activities to optimize operations and reduce scrap.
Independent Troubleshooting:
Effectively identify and resolve equipment issues with a strong focus on quality and reliability. Implement permanent corrective actions to mitigate recurrent problems.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required.
2-5 years of experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, and Networks.
Experience in root cause analysis is essential.
Must be up to date on vaccinations as required.
Shift Availability: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Tuesday, rotating every other Wednesday (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
4th Shift: Thursday – Saturday, rotating every other Wednesday (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
1st Shift: Sunday – Tuesday, rotating every other Wednesday (5:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
3rd Shift: Thursday – Saturday, rotating every other Wednesday (5:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
