The Environment:

Bay Area Urology is a leading medical practice with a dedicated team of 5 surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), supported by a staff of 30. Together, we care for approximately 175 patients daily. Additionally, we have 3 hospital-based APPs who extend our services to community hospitals.
Our clinic is known for its high-volume, procedure-driven approach, offering cutting-edge treatments and innovative procedures. Our surgeons are at the forefront of new technologies, performing both laparoscopic and robotic surgeries in the operating room. We utilize Oracle Health as our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to ensure seamless patient care.

What we’re looking for:

A four-year degree in a health-related field is preferred. In the absence of a bachelors degree, the candidate must have a minimum of four or more years of progressively more responsible work experience and leadership in a health care setting, in an ambulatory, medical office, or outpatient environment.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must possess the ability to work independently while maintaining a team effort.

Knowledge of medical terminology, electronic medical records system, diagnosis and procedure coding, insurance billing, scheduling, data entry, multi-line phones.

Experience working with an interdisciplinary team.

The ability to facilitate the resolution of complex problems within the ambulatory physician practice and with other departments within Munson Healthcare in an effort to continuously improve the quality of ambulatory physician practices.
