Key Responsibilities
* Conduct evaluations to assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients’ independence in daily activities.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.
Requirements
* Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
