Oculus Rehab is seeking a per diem / prn Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a per diem / prn job in West Palm Beach, Florida.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Core duties include maintaining treatment records, monitoring patient progress, and documenting condition changes. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic interventions customized to each patient’s needs and age group.
