Practice Administrator – Be the Heart of Our Practice

As a Practice Administrator, you are more than a manager—you are a trusted leader and culture champion. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the patient experience, empowering your team, and driving operational excellence. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Vision : Set clear goals and guide your team toward achieving exceptional patient care and practice performance.
  • Champion the Patient Experience : Ensure every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their care journey.
  • Empower Your Team : Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
  • Drive Operational Excellence : Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement smart, sustainable solutions.
  • Be a Culture Builder : Foster open communication, collaboration, and accountability across the practice.
  • Own the Details : Oversee scheduling, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

  • Five years of related experience required.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Skills and Abilities 

  • Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
  • Ability to work well with other team members of all levels across the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
