Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis) Patients per day: 6-10 Practice Setting: Home Care, In home health and wellness evaluations State Licensure: Illinois Credentialing Timeframe: 4-8 Weeks Immediate start upon credentialing Facility Location Situated on the banks of Lake Michigan, this Midwestern metropolis combines global high-style with a friendly, down-home soul.
