As a Production Supervisor, youll be responsible for the coordination of all first line management functions regarding production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, and safety. Bring your problem-solver mindset to our collaborative manufacturing environment where youll drive continuous improvement efforts that make an impact on the lives of people and pets. Oversee supervision of hourly employees in the pet food processing department. Manage and execute weekly production schedules. Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factorys continuous improvement plan. Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality check points and within Good Manufacturing Practices.
