We are seeking a highly organized and driven Real Estate Administrative Director to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting both our operational and client-facing efforts, ensuring the business runs smoothly while delivering a top-tier client experience.
Compensation:
$51,500 – $56,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of communication for all administrative and client-related tasks
- Manage and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel
- Set appointments for agents with qualified prospects and maintain an organized calendar system
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client appreciation events and team marketing initiatives
- Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met
- Create CMAs, listing packets, and marketing materials as needed
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and internal trackers
- Support daily operations and team logistics, including scheduling, communications, and document management
- Act as a liaison between clients, agents, vendors, and other key partners
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Previous real estate administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
