Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst role involves working with APIs to enhance and evolve a product used within the organization. The candidate will need to quickly familiarize themselves with the product's architecture and the APIs utilized (both internal and external), as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position requires writing user stories, working in a Safe Agile environment, and ensuring seamless integration with tools like Genesys Cloud and Salesforce. There is no UI work involved, making a strong understanding of API functionality and integration essential.
Required Experience and Technical Skills: (Level 2: 2-4 years)
• Understanding of Inner and Outer APIs (No UI work involved)
• Fraud background within the financial industry
• Story writing skills (Agile experience)
• Genesys Cloud
• Salesforce
Business Systems Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
• The day one responsibilities will include getting familiar with the Product, why we use it, how we use it and where we would like to take it
• Will need to understand the architecture and all APIs used within PNC and on the Pindrop side
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and network engineers, to ensure cohesive integration
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced Safe agile environment
