Job Description

***Only qualified Workforce Development Project Manager candidates located near the Los Angeles, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)

• Familiarity with or similar tools for project management

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in a similar clinical/research project management role preferred

Responsibilities include the development and oversight of ongoing and new workforce development initiatives including but not limited to:

• Centralizing clinical and translational research resources

• Designing navigation services for said resources

• Creating longitudinal works in progress sessions and seminar series

• Toolkit development with other SC-CTSI groups, e.g., Quality by Design

• Early work targeting ongoing workforce development initiatives includes creation of standard operating procedures, webpages, logic models, evaluation approaches, translational science principles and domain/target audience mapping

• Later work involves supporting the creation of new initiatives given expansion of workforce development initiatives
