In this position, you will serve as the AMU Program Coordinator, responsible for in-country assessments to measure Partner Nation’s (PN) law enforcement-specific antiterrorism and counterterrorism capability and provide continuous program monitoring and evaluation.

Major Duties: Who May Apply: Job Status: Duration Appointment: This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract (PSC) position. PSCs do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years. Conditions of Employment: Education: Education requirements do not apply to this vacancy announcement.

Requirements: Qualifications: Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.

Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.

Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Experience evaluating the effectiveness of course content related to antiterrorism and counterterrorism training programs.
Experience implementing high-threat training programs.
Experience drafting detailed assessment findings and reports for senior level officials.
Experience managing logistical and administrative support for team members during deployments.

There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
