Title: Technical Product Analyst

Duration: Long term
Author PBI’s (user stories), features, and backlog items; provide feedback to others.
Act as a Product Analyst/Owner, gathering, analyzing, and developing user stories.
Research and document business needs and technical solutions.
Have experience working with Gherkin to develop acceptance criteria
Facilitate requirement refinement sessions with stakeholders.
Apply Agile principles for continuous improvement.
Capture current and future state process flows with product managers and business users.
Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable.
Solve business problems by defining systems solutions.
Proactively identify and address risks or issues.
Document functional and non-functional requirements.
Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate business needs into executable requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience creating PBI’s and working with Gherkin formats
Ability to understand functional business requirements and convert them into non-functional technical requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong planning and organizational skills.
Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Proficient in Azure DevOps/ADO, Blend, and or Empower would be a plus
